Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit it, Cloudflare automatically processes technical data in server log files, such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested page, the referring page and your browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and to defend against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process this data in the USA and in other countries; Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Log data is kept only for a short period for security purposes and is then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
Language setting
When you choose a language or open a language-specific link, the choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so that the website can show the same language on your next visit. It stays on your device, is not sent to us and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.
Fonts
All fonts are hosted on our own server. Your browser does not connect to third-party font services such as Google Fonts.
Project briefs and inquiries
The project brief form does not send any data to us. Your entries stay in your browser until you choose a contact option. The website then prepares a message in your own email app or in WhatsApp, which you review and send yourself. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms; its own privacy policy applies when you use it.
When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Zalo, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details and project requirements, to answer your inquiry and to prepare or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other inquiries, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We delete this data once it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations, for example under commercial or tax law, require us to keep it longer.
Google Maps link
The footer contains a link to Google Maps. The map is not embedded, and no data is sent to Google unless you click the link. After that, Google’s privacy policy applies.
Processing outside the EU
We are based in Vietnam. If you contact us from the European Union, your data is processed in Vietnam, for which there is no EU adequacy decision. This transfer is necessary to answer your inquiry or to perform a contract with you (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence or place of work.
